184BH Fan/Vent

2015 Jay Flight SLX 184BH

To the left of the furnace is a fan/vent unit that came on automatically when I hooked up to power. Does anyone know what that rascal is? Is it related to the furnace? Air circulating vent? Thanks for the help.

Confused,

RMT
