184BH Hot Water Heater

2015 Jay Flight 184BH

Can the HWH switch to electric with electric hookups? Or is it always propane with a manually lit pilot light?

Welcome to the forum.

I looked at the Jayco online brochure and I couldn't tell from that if the HWH has electrical heating elements or not.

As far as I know, HWH with electrical elements have a switch to turn electrical heating off and on, not automatically switch between electric and propane.

Nope. Unfortunately, the HWT is Propane fired only.

Yup just manual lite. Make sure you purge the lines real well by running the stove a few minutes!
