1998 Jayco Eagle 242

I am trying to clean out my fresh water tank because it is full of dirt, but I can't find the drain plug. How do I empty the fresh water tank?

Second, I have been unable to locate a fuse or breaker box in my unit. Does this year and model have one and if so, where is it?

Thanks for your help

Not sure on yours, but my 1998 243RKS has a breaker box behind one of the cabinet doors at the bottom of the kitchen cabinets.

My fresh water tank drain is at rear under tank...I have a sticker one side of coach at left rear that says "low point drain." It will be under the tank in any event.

Thanks, that's what I thought about the tank.

It, apparently, is covered with insulation, so any suggestions on how to get to it?

I've looked in all the cabinets and have been unable to find breakers. Could it be next to the converter (didn't see it there either).
