1st warranty on TT

Thinking I am dealing with a good dealer. Crestview RV in Buda Texas ( south Austin)

Noticed some small holes in the awning fabric first time out. Called salesman on Saturday morning and sent pic to him. He called right back asked me a few questions and said he would get it ordered on Monday. That was Feb 18th.

Last week one of the service guys called to tell me they were ready to have me come in. I asked if it was all scheduled and had all materials so it would be a quick in and out, he said yes. well today he called and said it was ready. Just got home from picking it up.

All in all a great first warranty experience. Hope not to need another but if I do hope it also goes that smooth. Thanks James Smithy (salesman) and Jeff Morris (delivery manager) and Crestview RV in Buda Tx.

We have a similar experience with our dealer. We are currently out on our first five day camp out with our TT. This is the first time it has been exposed to any weather to speak of. We have experienced heavy thunderstorms with winds upwards of 50mph. We noticed that the rear window on the slide out was leaking from the top. Not too bad thankfully. Called our dealer and he said to bring it in around noon on Tuesday when we return from our trip and they will take care of it. They thought we may be able to wait on it or 1 day at the most. That's great service in my book.
