My battery will not charge. Does anybody know where the battery charger is located and how it works?

The charger is built right in with the power distribution system (aka fuse box).

How old is your battery? You could have a 6-7 year old battery and it could be shot.

Agreed with Jagiven. Can you find a date on your battery? It may simply be time for a new one...

Just to be sure, you could remove the battery, attempt to charge it independently with a regular charger, then check with a hydrometer. If hydrometer shows all cells good, re-install and try it. If still no good, then replace as mentioned above.
