2009 Eagle 314BHDS TT Slideout Problem

Large slideout won't move out. Motor makes ticking sound but won't move slide. Tried to locate an access panel for motor but unable to find it. Battery is new and also connected to shore power. Has anyone experienced this issue?
Tried getting info from Jayco but all they told me was take it to a dealer. They wouldn't even tell me the part number for the motor in case I need to replace it.

Is the slide out locking bar in place? or did you take it out? If it is in place the slideout can't move.

No locking bar on this rig. Slideout was working fine. Last time I slid it out and back in with no problem or noise. Now it just clicks when I try to slide it out.
