All said and done, the actual build will have been about 4 months (not including the tear down). Money wise I have not been keeping track, but I am thinking I will be right around $20K which includes the Jayco purchase and Cargo trailer purchase. We splurged on the insulation ($900) and composting toilet ($1,000) along with a multitude of other "upgrades/changes" which increased the bottom line. If I would have done a straight swap I think I could have kept it under $15K.

It's really nice. I did the spray foam in our new home. Was paying $350-$400 elect bill for 2500 ft in old house and 2500 ft in new house only running $125. Your not going to have any cooling or heating problems. You know you should open your own RV repair shop.
