2010 jay flight rks hot water tank

I've been having been having issues with my hot water tank. I have tried both electrical and propane settings but on either one I only get only about a minute or less of warm water. Does anyone have any possibilities what the problem could be. Thank you.

it must be mixing with the cold water somewhere. Check your outside shower or close your bypass valve for your heater

Agree, one or the other. Make sure the bypass valve is closed all the way.
