2011 26BH siding seperating, what to do?

Hello all,

Just bought a 2011 Jayco 26Bh in like new conditio. Does not appear to have been out more than a couple times. The bad with that is maybe some of the quirks are not gone yet, and the warranty is know over.

My wife noticed the other day that one of the rear lower panels has poped out of its joint, probably from wind of driving it home. How do you suggest this be fix, mainly so it wont happen agian.

I am in Kuwait and only see exactly what you see. i have not been in the trailer yet either, but have lots of pics.

Thanks fo any help

From the looks of things, my thought is that you might have water damage causing the problem. If your wife can see and touch any soft wood, I suspect water damage. I have had 2 major cases of water damage to my unit. June 2012 Jayco replaced the front end of my 2009 due to structural damage from water. I bought the unit new in Feb 2010 and had performed required caulking maintenance. However, water still penetrated somehow.

Will discuss in private message if you are interested.

If in fact it just popped out on the last trip to our house, can it be just pooper back in? I am with you on the possible damage. It is very low on the wall so I guess that is good in sense?
