2011 304BHK with breeze in bedroom

We just took our 2011 304BHK for our first weekend camping trip and while lying in the front queen bed found that we had a breeze coming from the forward storage compartment under our bed. It was like sleeping outdoors in a tent again. I took it to our dealer/service dept and they said they have had numerous complaints on same issue with our model and others with like bed/setups.. However, they were unable to find a fix for the issue, and say they are waiting on Jayco to get back to them.... Anyone else have this issue??

If you have a smoker buddy or friend, ask them to light a cigarette and hold it within your TT's bed area. Keep moving the cigarette around and eventually, you'll find the source of the wind. re: Under the beds storage compartment or off the front window or perhaps a side window. Hopefully, you can "find the source" and it's fixable.

Good luck....

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum Frankw19! And congrats on the new tt! What a weird situation with the cool air. Great suggestion on how to find the source Spike! Let us know what it turns out to be

A bunch of the Jayco floorplans have the bed over the front storage compartment as does mine. Sometimes the mattress feels a little cold if its cold outside because the pass through storage compartment gets no heat. I never felt a breeze though. Let us know how this plays out.

my 2010 314bds has the same bed configuration. You will notice like 1/2" gaps on sides of bed to night stand and the bed is directly over front storage compartment. Are the doors closed to compartment there are gaskets on doors. Never felt breeze, but we put a 4" memory foam topper on existing mattress from sams club. Was on sale for 100 bucks. way more comfortable now.. Good luck
