2011 314 bhds

Question for you all. Can you turn on the inside speakers only without having the outside speakers on? Also I was thinking that in the bunk section you have the ladder on the left side to get up to the top bunk. How about the right side top bunk, is there another ladder I didnt see? Im sure this is a dumb question but Im full of those!!

Thanks

Gregga... I have a 2010 314. There are 3 speaker buttons. 1 for outside... 1 for master bedroom... 1 for living area... they can be controlled individually... not sure if the same for 2011. only has the ladder on one side for the bunks....

Our 2011 31RKS has the option of turning on or off the outside speakers.

Are you getting the trundle bed or the j-cube? My kids ages 5 & 6 could step on the trundle bed and climb right up to the bunk. Either way you could get one of these. We have one for our old camper.

Thanks all! I am getting the trundle so my 8 year old plan to sleep on the left side top bed and my sons only 1.5 so we are not sure where we will be just yet. Maybe 1 more season in the portacrib, we will have to see. One more question. This model does have the awning that you can angle manually. Do they still have the auto dump feature at a certian weight as well incase you "forgot" to angle it on your own? I guess we will always have to remember to put it back up straight before closing the awning, not sure what damage could happen if you don't.

Before we had the non-adjustable elec awning, we made it a habit to always leave a tilt on one side or other of our manual awning (which invariably always was angled downward). That way if a sudden rain hit, we were good no matter.

I was able to find in the manual that mine has the auto dump feature and I think it said you should always straighten it when closing, but it doesn't have to be at the highest setting. I forget where I saw that, but it was in the literature that came with the trailer somewhere. Good luck and enjoy your new TT!
