Welcome to the JOF.

Sorry I don't have an answer to your specific question. Hopefully someone in the group will have a similar trailer and an answer for you.

Coupler height varies due to trailer frame differences, how the coupler is attached to the frame ('on top' or 'underneath') and the suspension of the trailer (some trailer frames are higher off the ground than others due to slides etc.).

My memory seems to think my 2011 23J had a coupler height of 22 inches.

sweet - my truck is a 2013 Nissan titan crew cab 4x4 with a 22" truck receiver height
I bought a mount draw with a 2" drop which with a 22" trailer coupler height it should be fine - 22" sounds about right I have had problems with camping world and try not to buy a lot of stuff with them - poor customer service with a brake controller I had installed in my last vehicle a few years ago

thanks

2/3 is really not very well charged. With no load on the batteries, the gauge may be giving you a "false positive". Charge the battery and see if it improves. Also the battery may just have lived out it's life and need replacing.
Also, the battery connections may need cleaning, if dirty/corroded they may allow enough current through to make the gauge register, but not enough to run the lights, causing the meter to drop to empty.
