2013 32bhds - Any problems with your new trailer?

I have had relatively few. Some trim issues, one of my electric stabilizer jacks died, and the furnace made an awful smell. The dealer took the furnance out, inspected it, and now it seems to work fine. Strange.

Any quality control issues with your 32 bhds's.

Just curious.

I'm probably jinxing myself, but not really. The only thing has been the wire (or thingy!) that holds the grey/black drain pipe up. The screws immediately popped out and my Hubby put them back in correctly and it's been fine. We've owned our 2012 model since November 2011 and this weekend will be our 10th (44 nights) trip for 2012. We generally have stayed close to home but have ventured several hundred miles from home twice this summer.

Mine is back for the second time regarding the outdoor kitchen door. Water was entering the door, and stays in door until opened. Previously, the silicone caulk filled the holes where the latch fits to keep the water from draining into trailer. The latches also do not release, and require a hammer. Additionally, the counter where the struts connect to the counter has been water damaged causing the counter top to warp of the counter.

While in for this repair, I also complained about one blind that has broken, and the screen door latch has not spring action.

I have read several threads where the outdoor kitchen door leaked and they all pointed to water entering through the hinge. I wonder if an inside hinge can be installed.
