2013 roof leak

Just bought a new 2013 32 BHDS Jay Flight, brought home and discovered a substantial roof leak less than 24 louts from taking delivery. The culprit was a 2 in gap in caulk on roof.

Is it unreasonable to request a new unit from Jayco? Dealer is going to start repairs.

Sorry to hear about the leak... A couple of years ago, one of the members here had a pretty significant hole of sorts on the roof. He worked with Jayco and the repairs were successfully made with no further issues. I can't remember if he had a leak though. I don't believe Jayco offered him a new unit. Hope all works out for you. Welcome to the JOF

Having an oops this bad that causes damage to a new unit is so sad. I hope things are repaired or replaced to your satisfaction.
