2014 264bh swift roof problem

Picked up my new TT on Tuesday and while pulling home noticed the roof catching air. So I take it back to dealership Saturday and they say it needs a new roof. Not real happy that my brand new TT needs a new roof. What's y'all's opinions on this issue and are there some things I should watch for after job is done. I feel I should get a new TT being I never even got to use this one, anybody else ever had this experience?
