2014 32BHDS getting new roof !

Guys, check your roofs well. Mine is in the process of getting a complete roof replacement done under warranty. I found a spot where something was sticking up almost through the rubber. Most likely a "splinter" from the plywood according to the dealer. You could not see it and I only found it by being up there bare foot. The service manager actually found another spot when I dropped it off too.
I seriously considered NOT letting them do it and just patch with Eternabond but we'll see how it goes. According to him Jayco approved it immediately !
Thank goodness for that second year of warranty!

Well that's good that they are getting on it right away.I check my roof all the time and it luckily is still good other than a few ripples here and there

I had 2 screws come loose under the rubber on a roof once. But, I just cut a tiny hole, removed the screw, reinstalled with construction adhesive, then did the eternabond patches. No issues after that. I hope yours turns out great. To me, the more they mess with, the more possible issues I could have later. Got any pictures? At least post one of the new roof.

I had my 2014 32BHDS roof replaced last year as well due to a couple of rafters coming loose. My dealer found it as well when I brought it in for warranty work - as it was getting checked in. There was a large spot where you could see the wood pushing up under the rubber roof. Just make sure you check it after yourself. Mine had a few of the gutter spouts left off and the corners were put in really bad. I had to have them go back over all of that. It doesn't look like it did before I brought it in. The edge molding that curves up toward the top also has a small kink now. Even after they fixed that, when I was picking it up I found another couple spots that were not caulked good enough - right by the ladder so they should have seen it.

Those are the very reasons I'd just assume put a couple of patches on the roof that I can't see from the ground. If you know the dealer and know their work is top notch, all is well. If not, then you take a HUGE risk getting worse than what you started with.
