2014 White Hawk 24 RBS Electrical "Hum"

So we have had our 24 RBS just over a year and love it, except for one thing....

We started noticing a "hum" in the electrical, low pitch and high, and changes depending on what lights or electrical components are on. You can turn a light off and it changes. We had it in for some warranty work and lust got it back (after 2 months....) and the dealer said they couldn't hear it (not sure how you can miss it?).

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or an idea of what to look for? My dealer isn't getting it for another 2 months to not fix it.

Your inverter can make noises when your hooked into shore power,i believe it is from converting AC to DC since most of the trailer operates off of 12v DC.There is also a fan in there that may run at times also.The change you say you hear is because you are taking a load off the panel and it's not working as hard.

You're most likely hearing the fan from the onboard converter. When you turn off lights [12v] the fan is not needed so the noise stops. Not sure but there may be a multi stage fan that runs at L or H speed depending on the heat buildup.

This is normal.
