2016 27BHS water heater hum

Hello,

We have a 2016 27BHS. We took it in for a list of problems and most have been resolved. We are being met with 2 issues that they are claiming are normal or repaired to manufacture specs. I'm looking for some feedback to see if that's the case...

1. The hot water heater has a hum to it when either the LP or the electric is turned on. This tells me that it's the 12 volt circuitry. Dealer says it's normal but I haven't heard it on any other units. Anyone else have this?

2. I know this seems odd but anyone with the TV that spins between th bedroom and living area, if you look at the bottom there is a plastic insert about 3" diameter. Do you have screws in it and is it flush or spaced up?
