2017 Jay Feather 23 RLSW slide out

Hello, the slide out on our new Jay Feather is not fully retracting and not retracting evenly. Light is visible from the inside around three of the slide out corners. I have been advised it is a Norco system but I do not see any cables. It appears to be a through the frame system as it operates on two rails, one with a motor, the other a follower. The dealer service tried to correct on the day of pick up but only ,add it worse because it was only out on one corner initially. The technician said he wasn't familiar with this system. Can anyone confirm the identity of the slide out. I am trying to track down a manual.

Thanks,

Ken

I have a 2016 23RLSW. Think the systems are the same. Had to have mine adjusted also. Light shown in at both lower corners. I was concerned about rain getting in while going down the road.

They also added some weather stripping in the lower right corner.

I have the manuals. File size is to big to post. PM me and I can email them.

Thanks just back on forum. I took it back too the dealer and they added weather stripping to cover the light. The guy also said if he didn't do this I would get water wicking up when towing. I reached out to Jayco and they told me to go back to the dealer. I believe this is a build quality issue. Ken
