22FB Question

Hello, we have a 2014 22fb and would like to know if anyone has put shelves in the bathroom storage closet? Looking for any ideas to best use this space. Can those wire tracks for shelf brackets be installed on the wall ? Thank you

We have used wire racks like these that I found on the Walmart web site.

Mainstays Stacking Baskets, 2pk:

Vinyl-coated wire construction
Each basket measures: 15.75"W x 11"D x 7.5"H
Great for kitchen or bathroom organization
Resists rust
Color: White

I used wire shelving from Home Depot in the 22FB I had. Go to Harbor Freight and get a set of 1/4" bolt cutters for $8. You can cut it to the proper length instead of hoping the clerk cuts is right. Use the rubber caps on the ends and it will look very nice.

We used a plastic drawer unit from walmart. Drawers open parallel to the long axis of the closet. That way, we have the other side of closet to still hang coats, etc.

Here's a link to a similar unit, but ours is clear plastic so we can see what is in each drawer even when drawers are shut,

That is what we did in our 23B. In some places I added wood furring strips to make the install easier. Very easy to do, looks good, and light weight.

Please post a few pictures when you are done.
