We have the SLX 264BHW which I believe is either the same or next level up. We are starting our 3rd season with trailer, no bad issues at all. We like the light weight of the trailer (about 6500lbs loaded) even though have installed an Equalizer hitch. This rig towed well with the 1/2 ton Ram 1500 5.7 we had also. But with this season have moved up to 3/4 ton Chevy 6.0, thinking will be better on road, but already noted that the Chevy is missing some get up and go the Ram had. If went to something around 10k pounds or more would have gone with a diesel.

Congrats and welcome! I'm researching that model for a friend. Trying to find the best tow vehicle to fit the family. They were looking at an Expedition, but it may be too much of a stretch.

Is that Clyde TX Steve-0? I'm in Abilene if so. My wife is a math teacher at the HS.

Great trailer had our for about 6 months now and a little over 3k miles on it. We upgraded after years in a pop up so we have absolutely no complaints. Check out the Mod section allot of applicable ideas on there to spend some weekend time on. Love my trailer, miss it every workday!
