27dsrl battery question

Wondering if anyone can tell me why there are two wires going to the positive side of my battery. One is red and the other is more of an orange. Obviously the red one is for my 12 volt service, correct.
Was just curious since I was in the process of adding a battery disconnect and am unsure of what the second wire is for. Can't be anything of much significance I'm thinking since it is fairly light gauge wire. Thanks

It most likely goes to your Electric Brakes disconnect switch - and you don't want that running through the switch. It should always be connected.
Orange seems to be a common color for disconnect switch wiring lately - mine are wired with orange as the positive.
