28DSBH vents / Maxxair fan

Hello,

How many vents there are on 28DSBH where I could install a proper fan? I received this roof diagram from Jayco - is there only one vent hole, which is optional (ROUT FOR FAN OPT)? I did not go with the option for "EZ Breeze Powered Roof Vent".

Would Maxxair 0007000K MaxxFan be a proper fan for this trailer?

Thanks!

EDIT - not sure how to attach PDF...

On my 5er roof drawing (sent from Jayco) it shows three "boxes". Two that say "DO NOT ROUT", which is where they pre-framed and pre-wired for future vents. And one that says "ROUT" which is where their is a factory installed bath fan. At the bottom of the page is "DETAIL A", which is the framing diagram of the three sections that are labeled ROUT or DO NOT ROUT. Those are standard openings sized for roof vents like the Fantastic Fan, Maxxair Fan or the cheap standard one that most RV manufacturers install in the bathroom.
If you only have one of these "boxes" shown on the diagram supplied by Jayco, I would say you only have one place that was planned for a ceiling vent.
I don't know any reason why you couldn't install a Maxxair Fan in the opening you describe. IMO, it would be a good modification. It was for me

Thanks for your response! Here is the diagram I received from Jayco.

I understand that I could install the Maxxair fan in the back replacing the bathroom fan (detail C).

Amazon.com: Maxxair 0007000K MaxxFan Deluxe Fan with Remote and White Lid: Automotive

Amazon shows Product Dimensions 26 x 21.5 x 16.6 inches. Jayco shows that the Item C is 1 1/8 X 1 1/2 x 15 7/8.

Would this Maxxair fan fit into this roof hole?

Detail F is a hidden framing ready to be used for a fan. Is cutting of the roof a big challenge?
