32 BHDS questions - New Owner

2009 32 BHDS

1)Front Screen door seems bent as their is a slight gap at the top that is not flush like the bottom of the screen on the outside edge away from the hinges.

2)Satellite hook up. - the only way we could get our Satellite to work is to run it through the Jensen AV unit. However, when we do this we don't get any signal at the back TV Jack. I am doing something wrong but not sure what. I pulled the Jensen out to look but could not make heads or tails as their was different splitters back their.

Connections are as follows;
1)coax cable coming from behind jensen that is connected straight to the TV.
2)coax cable that is just loose that is coming from behind the jensen
3)Duplex out with 2 male cable outlets - the bottom of which is labeled aux/sat. Their is also a TV power button but we are not using RV antenna so this is not used.

Can anyone help? I will post pics if need be.
