32bhds finally home!

We went and picked up the camper on Friday! It sure it nice! Truck had no trouble towing it up the hills here in northern PA. We camped in it last night. The kids had blast. I posted a pic, we will see if I did it right.

They removed the window in the bathroom door from out 2009. From the inside, I like the move, but from the outside, I like the looks of the window. It helps break the big white area up quite a bit. I do wish ours had those aluminum wheels, they look much better than our white steelies.

I would also like a window in the bathroom door to help break up the white side and let a little more natural light into the bathroom. Probably left it out as a cost saving measure to keep the prices competative. I too like the look of the aluminum wheels over the white steelies.

Glad to hear it, including the truck. I towed mine with my new truck for the first time on Friday. I think it did as good as my old 8.1 and 4.10.

I love the trailer towing mirrors that I installed on the truck! Made it much better to see.

How does this trailer tow? Does your 2500 have any issues? Are there plenty of places to take a trailer this size?

My 2500HD does well pulling it. I put a Reese Dual Cam 1500lb/15000lb WD hitch on it. The truck sits level and there was no bouncing or swaying. When I brought it home I had a very strong crosswind for part of the trip and then a head wind. I never had any sway and always felt in control. My 2500HD is a 6.0l gas engine. It is no Duramax but it held its own. I had no trouble climbing some long fairly steep hills.
It is a long camper but every place I have been or ever will go have spots that are big enough to hold it. I looked at a bunch of Pennsylvania's state parks last night and everyone I looked at had spots large enough. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Thanks for the info, looking into a larger trailer in the future and worry about not being able to get into places. I live in the Pacific NW, some of the state parks might be tricky.

I also like the rims! Mine came with steel also. But my 2012 came with a window on the bathroom door. Weird how it can vary with the same year model.

Ours came with the frosted glass window also. Between that and 2 skylights, it has alot of natural lighting.

Your 32bhds may have been next to ours on the assembly line. Ours came off March 26th. When did yours come off line?

My 2010 32BHDS has the frosted glass window in the door. I have stopped several times at the dealership to see the new units and what has changed, they all had the same bathroom door I have. Next time I am there I will ask what year the TT's are.

Ours is a 2012 bought in October of last year.

We have the aluminum wheels and also have the frosted window in the bathroom.

I like the upgrade with the rounded entertainment center. Ours is the original squared one with a 32" tv on a hanging swivel tv mount.

You suck Our 2009 only came with a 19" TV. Of course it didn't even make it to 2 years old and the tuner went out on it. So last summer we replaced it with a 24" TV. I decided that the "good" Sharp that Jayco put it in didn't make it 2 years, I was going as cheap as possible. We put a 24" Curtis brand LED in for $169. Low and behold, it has a better picture than the "good" Sharp and it still works. We took the cheap Dynex out that we had in the back and put it in the basement of the house and took the defective Sharp that was at the front of the camper and put in the rear for the kids to play their PS2 on.
