338rets low point drains

I cannot find the low point drains marked under the water heater. Found the two under the bathroom sink, and there is a white fresh water drain valve on the exterior. Looked under kitchen sink area behind water pump and heater but couldn't find the two other black ones. Any advice, or do these even exist? Thanks.
