Never had that problem. I assume it didn't happen at the dealer during the PDI...it never does :-)
It's interesting that it blows when you raise the jack/lower the trailer as the current draw should be less (gravity is helping). I don't have my trailer at home to check the fuse value, but I would sure call the dealer.

Hmm, just thinking what could have changed? If you just got it home not much could have.
Are you moving the jack without the trailer connected to your house? or to your TV? If so maybe the state of charge of your trailer battery is low. This would cause a higher current draw to move the jack.
Plug in your TV with the engine running and see what happens then. If it does not blow then connect your TT battery to a charger or connect your trailer to a 110V outlet and let it charge up and then try again with the TT disconnected.
That's all I can think of at the moment. I'm sure there are more ideas out here from the experts.
BTW, welcome to the Forum and congrats on the 33BHBS (now there are at least 4 of us on the forum with this rig!!).

Since this started after you towed the TT home. The first place I would look is on the wiring harness to see if it is damaged.

+1. My wiring harness was damaged on the ride home (or at the dealer lot) and it caused all kinds of havoc.
Also look around the tongue to be sure you don't have a loose/disconnected wire touching the frame somewhere.
Are you sure that should be a 25A fuse? Mine is 30A.

Riddle me this; when I blew the original fuse the first time, I pulled it out and it said 35A. I have looked every time I've been somewhere that sells fuses and have NEVER found a 35A fuse; only 20 or 30...
It could have just been me, I have been known to temporarily lose my mind. Not often, but it happens...

I don't know but we took our new trailer camping for the first time last weekend and after setting up I pulled the fuse so no one could play with jack. It was a 30. But now u got me thinking I need to double check when I get home lol.

Thanks guys! The 30 amp fuse worked. Her is my next delima, Ime pulling this rig with a 2013 yukon denali with a 6.2 liter and 3.42 rear end, it pulls fine but sways pretty hard. I put equalizer bars on and an anti sway bar and it helped a little, but still not happy with it, DO I NEED A LONGER WHEELBASE VEHICLE?, like a suburban or f250 crew cab. just some thoughts...

rob1970,
I would take your TV/TT combination under loaded conditions and weigh it at a CAT scale. The CAT results will confirm if your WDH is sized/adjusted correctly, and where your weights fall within there respective limits. The CAT scale results will tell you a lot about your Denali's ability to tow your TT under your loading habits.
CAT scale "how to": http://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3871
Feel free to report back your findings.
Bob

Rob1970,
All I can tell you is my F150 Crew Cab 6' box (157" wheelbase if I remember correctly) towed the trailer really well. No sway at all even when being passed by trucks @ 65 mph. I know the F150 was overloaded that's why I upgraded to the F250. I haven't had the rig on the highway yet with the F250 but the wheelbases are almost identical between my F150 and F250. I expect a good towing experience with the F250!! I hope to get mine weighed in the next week or so (albeit empty) just to check my WDH. I'm sure I'm in limits with the 250.
I have the Equilizer hitch too with 1000 lb bars and it works great.
How are your TV's tires? Check the tire pressure to make sure you are not low.

When we got our Whitehawk 33DSRE the total trailer length went from 21 feet (prev trailer) to 33 feet. We decided to use 2 anti sway bars based solely on comments from this forum. So glad we did. Our TV is a longbed 1500 extended cab Chevy. No sway issues.

rob1970,
I'm towing the 33bhbs with a 2008 F150 FX4 Crew Cab w/towing package and 3.73. It has the 5 1/2 bed and I have the Equal-I-Zer with anti-sway as well. It does great, no sway. The tv is definitely at or close to it's limit, but we don't travel with water, wood, or a lot of extras so by my calculations I'm still under the GCVW of 15,000 and towing of 9300. It pulls the trailer with no issues. I would double check to make sure your Equal-I-Zer was properly installed, if not, the weight distribution will not be proper and could cause problems. I'm new to this too, so that's just my "rookie" input. Congrats on the new trailer!

+1 on weighing everything and double-checking the WDH setup.
One thing that helped my situation somewhat was to bring the nose of the trailer down slightly. I've read these longer trailers supposedly like a slightly nose-down attitude, and it seems to have helped on my rig, not that I had a lot of sway to begin with, but I often got some weird random "wiggle" out of the trailer while going down the road. Now the only time I feel anything is if I drive through a hefty cross-wind.
