I had a lighter TT.model 610lb tongue and 4800lb dry trailer the new one is 910 lb and 6800 lb the dealer said that my 800lb WD bars would work good with the added weight I just wanted to see what others think about it. and if I need the 100lb tongue bars. My TV is a chevy 2500HD 6.6 D/A. thanks.

Hi jimbob,
You and I basically have the same TT. Mine is a 2007 25RKS.
I have an Equal-i-zer system. I have the 1,000 pound bars.
They told me the 800 pound bars were not enought to effective and the 1,200pound bars were too stiff and would be a rough ride.

I have used this set-up for the past two years and I absolutely love it.
I hope this helps you.
