A/C Filter

Just curious, has anyone manufactured or found a A/C return filter holder to allow for easy removal for cleaning or replacement on a Mach III return grill? I have taken mine out twice to clean and notice the screws are stripping the holes (never over-tightened). It will eventually get to a point where it will not stay in place. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hound

Any way to post a pic? Mine are foam and held in place with Velcro tabs around the edge.

I don't have an actual pic since its at my storage facility but here is one like it with one exception, the temp/fan controls have been covered (converted to digital t-stat on wall).
