AC won't work

New 2014 white hawk and the AC isn't working. First trip where we wanted to use AC and only the blower comes on the compressor is not running. Already set up at a. Campsite so t will cost to have someone come out. Looking for suggestions....the voltage is good so I have already checked that.

Thats a bummer for sure. Did your delaer demo show it working correctly? Anyways, it should be covered under warrnaty and Im sure you would be reimbursed for any costs at the site. Not sure what else to look at or check but its a safe bet to just let the pros deal with it since its under warranty. keep us updated.

Thermostat controlled or controls on the unit itself?

found it

Thermostat control wire where it connects to the unit was cut in half. Looks like the installer at the factory made a mistake. They ran it on the walk through but it was 40 degrees out hard to tell if it was cooling at the time.

Thanks for the replies
