I purchased our Eagle from them and they have sent a tech to the house twice to repair issues and I like them.

I bought our second camper from them , it was previously owned. I thought the price they were asking was fair so I offered them $500.00 less and they accepted it. During the walk through I noticed a few things that needed to be addressed as well as asked them to steam clean the carpet and furniture, they agreed to do it all at no extra charge. I never had an issue with the TT in the 4 years I owned it that needed to be brought back to them.
I bought my 3rd TT through RVDirect and picked it up at their Albany location. When I was offered the extended warranty I declined and the salesman asked why would I make such a large purchase but decline to cover it with an extended warrany? I simply told him I was not interested in the extra coverage and he did not bring it up again.
I would not hesitate doing business with them.

I recently purchased my jayco travel trailer from there. My salesman was awesome..... So far it hasn't been the easiest ride after that. They called me 3 days after we bought out tt and told me they accidentally sold me a trailer that was already sold and I then had to wait 3 weeks to get one made and it cost an additional 600 bucks because they next one on the line was fiberglass sided not aluminum. (which I wanted anyways, my fiancé did not). The whole finance and paperwork part has been nothing but hassles. There process just seems very disorganized regarding the final paperwork.... Other than that it has been good. The place is beautiful and well kept. I don't wanna sound like I'm bashing the place by any means. I would buy from them again... Just giving ou an honest answer.

I bought a 2015 28 BHBE from them and have either the worst luck or their employees are skeptical. I have had 3 appointments cancelled, another was a no show and work tickets indicating work was completed and which was not even touched. Memorial Day weekend I go to hitch up and find the hitch ball spinning freely ( insert 240/200 blood pressure ). To top it all off I am still waiting on a third cabinet door to replace a warped door that's supposed to be shipped to me that was ordered in April......

Bought my octane from them. Waited 2 months and it came through wrong. I didnt accept it. They never returned my calls to see what was to be done about re-ordering. 2 more months and it finally came in correct. They had a decent price but terrible at returning calls. I'ld repair almost anything myself rather than try to deal with them.....I wonder if thats thier plan.
