Anyone Own a Starcraft Autumn Ridge 309BHL?

We are trading our Surveyor SP-260 on a new Autumn Ridge 309BHL. Should pick in up in a week. Just wondering if anyone else has one and if so how do you like it and what mods have you done.

The Autumn Ridge 309BHL appears to be the similar sister to the Jayflight 29QBH. Interesting that the Starcraft offers the outside kitchen option and the Jayco does not.
