Are factory alum. wheels and tires balanced from the factory?

Was looking at the wheels and tires and noticed that I dont see any weights on either side of the rims. I have a 2013 Whitehawk 28 dsbh. Does anybody know if they come balanced from the factory at Jayco?

I've never owned a TT or FW that came with balanced wheels, but it was one of the first things I had done after I got them home.
