Back to the dealer again

Well my 2012 Jayco Jayflight 29 RLDS is going back to the dealer again. This will be the third time since I bought it in June. On this trip I was hooked up to city water, I noticed my fresh water tank was reading 2/3 full, I only carry a few gallons in it. I turned off the water supply, turned on the pump and turned on the kitchen faucet to drain the water out of the tank. When I went outside to drain the gray water tank there was a lot of water under the trailer that looked like it was coming from the city water supply. When I got home I turned on the pump to get water to clean up some stuff and the water blew out the city water connector. (there wasn't a hose connected to it at the time.) What happened to Jayco quality?

Joe,
Do you use an external water filter?

Also did you hook up a water pressure reducer on the city water connection prior to connecting it to your trailer? Most city water pressure is too much for the plumbing system in our Jayco's or any camper for that matter. I think (correct me if I am wrong) the max water pressure allowable in our plumbing system is 30 PSI. City water pressure can range from 30 to 100 PSI depending on where you are. If you over pressure the plumbing in your trailer you will blow off a hose or worse fill the bottom of the trailer with water.

There is a one way valve at the city water in ... it looks like it got stuck in the open position... this had nothing to do with build quality.. it is just a part failure ( a part that Jayco does not make)

I use a filter and a pressure regulator. I'm sure it's the check valve and not a big deal but it is under warranty. The valve might not have anything to do with build quality but Jayco buys them and installs them in their trailers. If the alternator went out on your new Chevrolet pick-up who would you blame? GM doesn't make them but it is part of the car. This is my third trip back to the dealer and I only had the trailer out 5 times.
One of the shades would not go up
Enclosed shower stall leaked
Drawer under couch would not stay closed
gap in bathroom floor shower
screw from under trailer was sticking up under kitchen flooring
black water drain handle fell off
Trim on inside of slide was loose and had nails sticking out
step had rivets that were not seated properly and stuck up
Now the water system is messed up.
Other than those FEW things I guess the quality is good.
Now my 08 Jayco Jayflight G2 had absolutely no problems. What changed in 4 years.

How did they fix this one? We have some unglued bathroom sheet vinyl it seems because of maybe debris left underneath on the plywood.
