Back to the dealer for repairs

I just got back from about 2 1/2 weeks on the road, The rear wheel on the left of the trailer is flinging grease. Good thing it's still under warranty.

had same issue (though wasnt new when i got it) but found dust cap had a ping/dent/ or whatever you want to call it where it mates to the hub allowing grease to seep out at high speeds. picked up two new caps from CW and fixed issue. you might spend more in gas towing to a dealer and having to wait etc for them to do the same or just get a new dust cap for a few bucks. I picked up 2 (sold in a pair) with the rubber plug for $6 out the door. just a suggestion.

Thanks for that information, I will keep it in mind if it happens again but this just started and I haven't messed with the dust caps since the trailer was new. I took it to the dealer today, they said they had to call Jayco to get an O.K. to fix it. They think it is a blown seal.
Also one of the doors on my pantry is warped so they are going to replace that also.

Called the dealer today, he said the wheels were over packed from the factory. They cleaned them up and said it is fine. I had them service the right side since it was at the dealer anyway and I have owned it for a little over a year. Also 1 of the pantry doors was warped, It was not sealing at the bottom. He said they ordered the door and it would be in in about 10 days.

Probably not an unusual event. We had three hubs full of grease and leaking into the brakes on our trailer. Jayco took care if it and reimbursed us the cost of repair.
