The ones I'm referring don't look like that. The ones I'm referring to are more decorative, shall I say. They are square shaped concrete with a round opening larger than what's shown above. You can easily pour the contents from 5-gal bucket in it without splashing any. Maybe it's the area we live in (Southwest Ohio) that has these. But they are easily assessible throughout the CG's.

Ok I also understand what Kim would like to do. According to my research a full 10 gallon Barker would weigh in at approximately 95 lbs. I suspect it would probably be a 2 person endeavor.
