I had water run out once while my wife was showering because of this.. I installed these and added some caulk around them and about 1inch into the gap of the tub/surround crack and haven't had any issues since..

X2, I have these and they do keep the water in the tub. I also have a small piece of Velcro on the inside and one on the shower curtain for a little extra protection.

No surround in my 2011 165 either. But I think the tub has a lip the protrudes upward behind the walls. Ill do a water test as I have yet to use the shower. Use the campground shower always.

Odd... I have a factory surround on my 165 and have had no probs.
