Sorry for your loss - I have investigated hundreds of accidents throughout my career. Many fatal. The number of innocent folks killed on the road is staggering...

And we had this one a month ago in my home town. There is road construction on the interstate and it backs up at this point. Big diesel pusher pulling a full size dodge pickup with a golf cart in the bed didn't stop in time.
I just came 1100 miles from southern Florida pulling my Windjammer at 64 mph the whole way. The number of diesel pushers who passed me going 80 mph just because they can was surprising. Also a few big duallies pulling fifth wheels went by me at a high rate of speed.
