I agree with Lee...., but you may need to take it up a notch. Have your dealer generate a warranty service claim on the windows and ask them to forward (with photos) it to Jayco warranty service for review/approval for repair, it should only take a couple days for the dealer to get a response from Jayco. If Jayco denies the claim, at least you have documentation in case an issue surfaces later.
If the dealer is not willing to do this, then advise the dealer you will contact Jayco directly via e-mail (start a paper trail) and phone on the matter.
