I think Bargman is the only one "approved" for use behind a trailer. You have LOTS of bouncing on the back of a camper to worry about.

I installed a Curt 2" receiver on my 27DSRL and use the Yakima Hold Up rack. The rack is pricey but super stable and with over 6000 miles on this setup and I've never worried about the bikes coming loose.

I have a Thule that works well. I do use a U bolt with a plate to lock it in place so there is no wiggle in the receiver. Picked it up off amazon for cheap and does the job. The bike hang but the rack has a post the swings out and you put pull tie strap through the tires and it holds them from doing any swinging whentheback end bounces. I have had it for many years so mine they don't make anymore but it is similar to this one.

This one looks real robust if want to spend the dough. This one will for sure keep the bikes locked in for a long bouncy ride.

There likely aren't any. Over a year ago, I did a long search, through all the major brands - and virtually without exception, either their warranty was void or they explicitly stated "not for use on a trailer", for any kind of rack, 1,2 or more bikes. Unfortunately, you usually have to download the manual for the specific model, and read the disclaimers in the beginning pages to find that out.
Swagman makes two rated for trailer use - both 2 bike only models. Most of their models are not so rated.
1UpUSA makes a 2 bike model that at the time they said was usable on a trailer. Don't know if they will say the same if you go with the 4 bike add-on version. You have to call them to see. And they are pretty expensive.
Plan on likely having to also get an extension for the receiver, so the bikes don't hit the rear of the trailer. And "anti-rattle" clamps for the extension, to stop any wiggle due to slop in the receiver and extension. The rack and bikes move up and down a lot without them!
The wonder is why no one markets one? While maybe not a gigantic market, but the demand is certainly there!

I purchased a Swagman 4 bike one. There are a number of Swagman's that are RV rated. Check out their website, it has an RV section. The one a bought works great and is built well.

I have a Swagman XTC4. Not rated for RV use. Purchased it because a friend has one and has had no issues with it. Recently I have found that the holes for the pin to hold it in the down position are elongating. I did not use it this last trip, due to this issue. As it is very difficult to insert the pin. The friend has had no issues with his.

Wow didn't know there were RV rated ones. I bought my Thule 4 bike rack almost 17 years ago and it was expensive at the time but well worth it I see now. I have used it many times on the back of my WH TT with no issues. It's very robust and property tied to the lower arm that the hang over there little to no swinging and the shaft when installed sticks out far enough so it even clears the tire on the bumper.
I would be very cautious tho to get a very good one due to the bouncing and definitely get an anti-wiggle bracket for the receiver. I bought this one off Amazon and it works perfect for bike racks and I have never had it loosen up on me and it hold the rack Rick solid.

I have the same u-bolt anti rattle kit that Drop posted from amazon. So far so good in in over 500 miles (could be close to 1k now???) as we bought our 32 July '15, and added the option Jayco cargo hitch so didn't have it for every trip last year.
Even if the rack is rated for RV use, I would suggest the u-bolt kit to help prevent bouncing from the slop in the hitch vs bike rack. May possibly even prevent the pin hole from enlarging.
The company that made our rack is no longer making building bike racks unfortunately. Another rack (if still in business) that I was very impressed with is a Küat (küatracks.com). Saw them about 8-10yrs ago at a bike demo day.
Good luck!

On our previous rig set-up I attached a receiver hitch to the front of the truck. It was a four bike carrier but we only carried two bikes up there. It just felt like it stuck out to far with all four bikes on there. Hung one bike off the rear ladder on the fifth wheel and rolled one bike inside the fifth wheel. That Durango 5vr didn't have a rear receiver hitch. We carried those bikes 7 thousand miles plus without issues. Just throwing options out there! Where there is a will there is a way

My swagman also came with an anti-rattle hitch pin. It screws into the reciever on the bike rack and keeps it from moving around.
