I have this Swagman 4 bike rack and it is RV rated...

This is the one that I have. 1st use was this summer from TX to FL and back. Had no problems.

On our previous rig set-up I attached a receiver hitch to the front of the truck. It was a four bike carrier but we only carried two bikes up there. It just felt like it stuck out to far with all four bikes on there. Hung one bike off the rear ladder on the fifth wheel and rolled one bike inside the fifth wheel. That Durango 5vr didn't have a rear receiver hitch. We carried those bikes 7 thousand miles plus without issues. Just throwing options out there! Where there is a will there is a way

My swagman also came with an anti-rattle hitch pin. It screws into the reciever on the bike rack and keeps it from moving around.
