Black tank access

Black tank valve not holding since new... Couldn't figure out why the odor was so bad until half way through the season we realized that the black tank never maintained a water level. Long story short we figured it out when disconnecting after a weekend trip made a huge mess. My question is how can I access remove the underbelly cover without destroying it so that I can access the black tank valve?

Thanks in advance

Removing the black cover is easier than putting it back. You could cut a section that gives access to the area you want than use black Gorilla tape to close it up. The repair guys do this all the time. I actually cut mine in half to make it easier to put back up. I held the cover up on boxes prior to putting the screws back.
