Brand new Jayco owner here from Michigan

Just picked up our first TT today! It's a 2015 Jay Flight SLX 287BHSW. Just would like to thank everyone on this forum for everything you've taught me the last few weeks and for confirming my thoughts on purchasing a Jayco product! Can't wait for the weather to break so we can start this adventure with our family!

After last year, I'd had enough of Michigan winters, and left to spend this winter in the Texas Hill Country. It's hard to believe Michigan could have two horrible winters in a row!

Congratulations on the new Jayco, and welcome to the JOF!

Hey, metamora is out my way. What campground? I keep meaning to check those out but we're big fans of the Addison and Groveland oaks campgrounds around here for local spots.

Welcome to the MI camping family. Lots of great places around to spend quality weekends.

Welcome. Just thought of one more tip.

When family is visiting, make sure they know how to properly flush the toilet and conserve water.

My buddy's grand-kids overflowed his toilet because they did not know better!
