Build Time

Was wondering what your experiences have been for a build timeline. I placed my order with the dealer two weeks ago. .. Dealer said he placed order but they have not given him a build date. He says he usually gets this by the following Friday but this has not happened. He stated that there might be a backlog due to high demand. I would have really liked to have the trailer by end of March, but wondering if that will even happen now.

I was quoted 8 to 12 weeks.
It was ready in 4.

So, you just never know.
Now I am waiting for better weather to pick it up.

Can you say, "ants in your pants?"

Told 6-8 weeks and got our 2014 in 6weeks. Didn't get a build date until a week before. These things pass thru the line quickly once they begin construction. Right now they are geared up for the dealer Spring orders but we ordered ours in March and got it the first of May.

Ordered our Eagle in mid January at the Indy RV Show and I picked it up 1st week of March, so about 7 weeks. Delivery was quick because they only had to tow it a 100 miles or so from Middlebury to Indy. Middlebury to Cleveland isn't that far either.

We ordered our 28BHBE 3rd week of Oct, was told delivery date would be Dec 21st. We called in Nov for a status check and the date was pushed back to mid-Feb (pending weather) due to high demand. We ended up selling our hybrid 1st week of Jan, now we're trailer-less for another month!

We were quoted 12 weeks on both of our orders, and in both cases they were done n about 8. With the WH we had to wait another 2 weeks until a delivery driver picked it up, but the Eagle was only a couple of days

I ordered my jay flight on November 9th and was told 8-12 weeks. It arrived to the dealership yesterday, so it was 10.5 weeks. I heard from one of the Jayco corporate managers that I met at the Boston RV show, told me that this is their busiest time of the year. All the winter RV shows generate higher demand this time of year.

We ordered our 2016 Eagle 323LKTS on December 7th. After a few weeks I checked with the dealer and he checked with Jayco. Jayco said the Eagle 5er's were not scheduled to be built until mid February and I should see it mid March. This has me a little nervous. We have trips scheduled for April so I hope we don't have issues.

Ordered mid November 2015 and received a build date of February 18, 2016 this week so about 12 weeks before being built and guessing another 2 to 3 weeks to arrive in Florida.
