Camper parked in sun

I had some trees at the edge of my property taken down. They were very tall and were a group of 10. Well after uncovering my camper today I notice the sun hits my camper till later in the day. Didn't think of his until I uncovered it and realized I have to wax it. Does anyone else's camper sit in the sun all day. Do you see any damage.

Ours has been sitting in the sun since new, it is only inside under cover during the winter. I have seen absolutely no issues. However outs is not a painted unit. I do keep a vent open all year (under a max-air cover)

We live just north of Clearwater, Fl and our TT is in the direct sun 365 days of the year. The summer sun is brutal. The TT is not covered. We wash and wax it every 6 months. The only casualty was the DARK front cap, but that was a defect in the gel-coat that most dark caps are encountering (all mfr's). Jayco repainted with the light colored cap and it has been fine since then.

This really is good to hear. We've been worrying about it a little, because our current PUP isn't covered, but it is mostly shaded; the new TT will be in the sun pretty much all the time, with no practical way to cover it. We don't want to use a cover because this is AZ and it'd be way too hot under a cloth or vinyl cover ... but washing and waxing every six months is doable.

You will be just fine in the sun, however you may want to cover your tires to help keep them from UV damge.
Have fun campin

Mine sits out in the sun all year as I am in it for over 200 days a year and never cover it. Cover the tires and give it a good wax job..
