When we hook up the gas to the trailer, everything lights but won't stay lit. Any ideas what could be wrong.

Welcome to the forum. Is this a new camper? Had it always done this or did it used to work? Need more info. I don't see any camper info...

Welcome to the JOF.

Is the propane tank valve fully open? Can you switch to a different propane tank?

As a guess: If you reopened the refilled propane tank too fast, it may have tripped a safety device that restricts the propane flow in case of an accident.
Turn the valve off on the propane tank.
Open a burner valve on the stove to drop the pressure in the lines.
Turn off the stove valve.
Wait a minute or two.
Those steps should reset the safety valve.
S_L_O_W_L_Y open the valve on the propane tank.
Hopefully all will be well.
