Can you order a new TT from Jayco?

Can you a unit direct from Jayco or do you have to go through a dealer? I'm not having much luck finding the models I'm interested in.

Thanks!

Kim

I don't believe you can. But any dealer should be willing to put in an order for the model you want. When we were looking last year, I called about half a dozen dealers to see if anyone had what we were looking for. They all offered to order it in. That being said, it was about this time of year and ordering it meant not getting it until October and there's no camping here in October as it's not unusual to have snow then. So we ended up finding it at a dealer 5 hours away and drove to get it.

Ok. Thanks! We're downsizing from a bunkhouse to a living room model and haven't been able to find what I want. I can afford to wait as we still have our Jayflight.

Nope, you'll have to go back to Colerain.....or somebody.
Have you done a web search, you may find the floor plan some place in the good ole USA.

Kim,

Look online at the Jayco website. They have brochures of all (as far as I know) of their floorplans. You can also visit dealers to get a better idea in some cases, of what the actual option (vs electronic image) looks like.

There are online dealers you can work with. I ordered mine through Exclusive Jayco Dealer - RV Dealers

Have fun shopping!

Jayco doesn't want to be in competition with its dealers. But you do have a problem. You can look at all the floor plans in the world and still find big surprises, good and bad, when you actually climb into the actual trailer.

When TT shopping I found Jaycos website was not updated as quickly as RVDirect's website. The newer models were not on the manufacturers website until a couple of months later.

Camping World sells Jayco trailers and if the CW store nearest you doesn't have the model you want, they can have one shipped from another store that may have your model. And they usually have competitive prices. It's worth asking, I think. And you can do your initial shopping online - but then, you can't actually walk through it and get touchy-feely, which I like to do.

Be careful. We knew exactly what we wanted in a new travel trailer. The dealer showed us 3 units that were what we told him.

We bought a slightly larger unit with a floor plan that we never considered.

We're still in love with it.

I 'stumbled upon it' right next to the showroom back door as we were coming back from not finding what we KNEW we wanted.

What model are you looking for?
Maybe do a wider search as suggested and make it into a road trip with the old trailer.

When I searched for ours, I went by model number to be able to see current pictures other dealers posted to make sure it looked right.

We did end up ordering ours which was well worth it to get the upgrades we wanted.
