Changing door lock cylinder

I would like to change all the lock cylinders in my door locks. I could change the door handles altogether but would prefer to keep costs low by changing just the cylinders. My doors use the "bauer" locks. Does anyone know how to go about swapping out the cylinders?

Locks only keep the honest people out, but if you wish for something else then ask several locksmiths about re-keying them. Three price estimates should allow you to decide if it's worth it.

I am hoping to be able to do it myself. The closest locksmith is quite a distance and cost away.
