Changing trailer tires

I need to roll my 31' TT up on a "trailer aid" tire ramp to put a new tire on the rim. Can I leave it overnight like that, or do I need to get the rim on as soon as possible?

I don't see how it could hurt anything. I might put a block under the drum without the wheel just to support it, but either way I think it would be fine.
