city water drain(s)?

On my previous Coachman TT it had a fresh water low point drain and 2 other drain valves. On my Jayco I only see a low point fresh water drain, no other drain valves. I do see the red and blue drain lines under the water heater, but no valves. What gives.....am I missing something? Do I need to drain anything if I only hook up to city water?
