Does the owners manual mention what to use on the roof?
Have you emailed Jayco directly?
Have you asked the dealer what they use?

Same thing here. A little tide, some clorax, and water. My roof after 15 years still looks new. (Its 20 years old but I taken care of it for 15). No 303 and no protectall stuff.
